Help Me Confirm My New Account Is Reaching My Audience with a Quick Response Plus Goodies!

Hey Reader,

I hope life is going well for you. It's been a busy time for me as I've been putting mega effort into growing my website, with awesome content, book reviews and author interviews, new freebies (mostly my own but I want to add offers from other contributors too so submit your freebie here), and a fantastic inventory of new products.

If you're new here, thanks for joining! I can't wait to see how I can help you live a life you love with a business that feels like fun. Introduce yourself by filling out this form to identify your business idea, consider being a beta tester for my brand, giving you a 70% discount on all products and offers, and early access to big releases. Plus, lots of freebies to test out.

I just launched a few membership offers and I'm putting the final touches on a couple of new courses (sign up for the waitlist if you want to learn copywriting from a 20-year veteran writer.)

I'm still working on transferring my email list to a new brand and account, so bear with me while I get my segmented sections formatted. This is the first email I'm sending from this account, so I'd love to get a response letting me know it landed in your inbox.

Even a quick it worked! would be great, although I'd welcome any positive thoughts and well wishes sent my way. I'll be having surgery in a few hours to have a deep mass tumor removed on my upper left arm. I'm looking at a 4 to 6 week recovery time as long as things go right.

I've been practicing typing with one hand to accommodate having to not use my arm during recovery time. It's an expensive surgery and it's going to limit my workload while I recover, which is why it's crucial for freelancers and small business owners to have multiple sources of revenue.

Passive income is going to be a big part of helping pay off the out of pocket costs we have to pay for the surgery (what is the point of paying for insurance every month if it doesn't cover essential treatments? If I don't do the surgery, I'll end up with permanent nerve damage because the tumor has grown under the muscle at my elbow joint and it's pressing directly onto the main nerve that goes to my hand.

As a copywriter, business coach, and virtual assistant, having the use of all ten fingers is pretty essential. My left hand is only good for two things - typing and driving. So, better to get it over with now, so I get back into the fun parts of my job. I'm pretty nervous to go under surgery. Fingers crossed things go well.

My next email will return to my normal format of five frugal freelancer tips, but my nervousness and lack of energy are keeping this promo email pretty quick. I've joined a few bundles as a contributor to grow my email list. I'm doing an experiment on starting a website and an email list from scratch and documenting the results as a case study to go along with courses I'll be creating.

June Jumpstart Sessions

A lot of summits can be a bit much, with too many sessions and not enough time so you end up missing everything you actually wanted to see.

Which is why I’m really excited to share something different.with you today. It’s called the June Jumpstart Sessions, it’s a completely free event which brings all the value of a regular summit (actually much more) without the overwhelm.

Here’s what makes it different:

💡The presentations are released in themed series (like socials, sales, or systems), with only 8–12 per set
⏰ Each series is available for 72 hours - plenty of time to actually watch and take action
📌 There’s a strong focus on practical, no-fluff strategies
🗓️ You’ll get a full schedule so you can plan what you want to tune into

And unlike regular summits you are strongly encouraged to only dive into the sessions that are relevant to you and ignore all of the other noise!

Get Early Access

The Summer Village opens Monday, June 16th—but when you sign up early, you’ll unlock early access to one of the gifts before the gates officially open!

Stress-Free Emails

Have you ever spent more time writing the email about your product than you spent creating the product itself? You sit there, staring at a blinking cursor, trying to sound confident and persuasive without overdoing it.

But instead, you keep rewriting the intro. You delete half the message. You paste in a bit from your sales page - then wonder if it’s too much.

And by the time you finally hit send, you're already bracing yourself for crickets.

If that sounds familiar, you’re going to want this.

Stress-Free Sales Emails is a plug-and-play swipe file with fill-in-the-blank messages for every part of your promo - so you can write faster, sell better, and stop stressing about unsubscribes.

  • Includes 10 messages, so you know exactly what to send when
  • Built around proven techniques, not hustle energy
  • Easy to personalize - for any kind of digital product or membership
